Purpose
A completely re-written version of the original H.aloe plugin, which allows you to view syslog messages stored in a database. There are too many new features in this release to document here. You must test out the new version to completely comprehend.

Prerequisites
You must either install syslog-ng or rsyslog binary packages for this plugin to properly operate. In addition, the Cacti Settings plugin is required.
Installation
Follow the Syslog Configuration documentation prior to installing the syslog plugin
Install just like any other plugin, just throw it in the plugin directory, in a folder called syslog. Edit your includes/config.php and add it to your $plugins list, and you are rolling.
Usage
Read the forwarding entry for information on forwarding logs to your central logger
