This template set allows you to trend statistics from a BayTech PDU. It is designed to support cascaded PDUs. Upon importing the template the following items will be included:

After importing the host template, I would encourage you to associate these additional data queries and graph templates:

  1. Interface Statistics
  2. RFC1213 Statistics
  3. ucd/net Load Average
  4. ucd/net Memory Usage
  5. ucd/net CPU Usage
  6. Unix Ping Latency

Installation

Please make sure to review the heartbeat/step values for each data template and associate the correct RRAs with each. If you choose to import our RRAs, you will find that we use a custom high resolution 1 minute poller. If you use our settings, be prepared to consume roughly 700MB per MSP pair.

  1. Install query-baytech-circuits.xml in path_cacti/resource/script_queries/
  2. Install baytech-rpc.xml in path_cacti/resource/snmp_queries/
  3. Install query_baytech_circuits.php in path_cacti/scripts/
  4. Import cacti_host_template_baytech_pdu.xml into Cacti.
