Installation
Simply import the cacti_host_template_acme_packet_net-net_4000_series.xml file under Import/Export in the Cacti Console.
This will create a new Host Template with the name ACME Packet Net-Net 4000 Series and a bunch of Graph Templates.
You'll see the following on import:
