Put the “hipath_aps.xml” in ”/resource/script_server”, the “ss_query_hipath_aps.php” into “scripts”
and import the templates.
You should be able to query a HiPath-WLAN-Controller now and select the APs you want.
All Data-Query-Templates are included as well.
Note: this template is used in a wlan-environment with a 4-channel-plan (1,5,9,13) and 802.11b/g only APs.
You can modify ss_query_hipath_aps.php to match your setup. It is a pretty crude script and i know
a lot of people know way better ways so feel free to improve the heck out of it!
The channelnumber and powerlevel are quite helpful in weathermaps if you quickly want to figure out
misconfiguration of overlapping channels and/or insufficient powerlevels.
