There are 2 big difference between XP and Vista !
When you install SNMP in XP, one community named "public" with "Only read" right is created, but none community is created after installation of SNMP on Vista ! YOU MUST CREATE IT (name=public, right=read only)! (Services -> SNMP Service -> tab security -> Add)
Always in the same tab, you must allow the SNMP packet from cacti'host ! you can allow SNMP packet from all host or just allow them from cacti host !
!!! Sometimes, SNMP service don't start after his installation in Vista. check it !!!
